'Track Point' is an all-in-one courier app that allows online shoppers to track their parcels simultaneously on one app for ease of use and accessibility. The app allows the user to have control of the location as to where the item can be delivered if they are not at home, an on/offline feature which allows the user to notify the courier driver of their presence to attempt delivery, it allows them to re-schedule delivery, track and call the courier drivers/courier services directly.
