Transport for London Challenge (2016)

Co-leader of the winning team and in charge of developing a viable solution for TfL’s imminent shortfall of £800 Million in 2018, due to the subsidy budget reduction introduced by the new Mayor of London. The solutions, which included cost-saving measures and new business leads, had the potential of developing over £604 Million p/year.
