Going against conventional meeting room designs, this proposed design challenges the expectations of meeting room furniture adopting a more living room style approach using armchairs and sofas. Soft furnishings like cushions and rugs dampen the formality while curved dramatic floorlamps and large round mirrors adds a more stylish element. This design is all about setting a calm tone with a wave wall mural hoping to encourage the notion of a peaceful, tranquil and stress-free space. Reducing anxious thoughts and elimating intimidation is what this proposed meeting room design sets out to achieve. More practical solutions have been resolved through durable timber wall claldding while line drawings of woman and child signifies their bonds and empowers womans.
