Tsiboko

Tsiboko studio was founded by Petra Puchelova and Sebastian Reyes on the principle to combine traditional designs and ideologies with minimalist concepts and abstract geometry to create products that are unique in their own way. We explore the limits of textiles from ancestral and multidimensional perspective. Tsiboko in Sikuani language means "Simply". In the lands of Los Llanos Orientales of Colombia we are continuously working with Sikuani indigenous community to deepen our knowledge about ancestral design, sustainable way of living and their philosophy of life; we received a precious knowledge and songs that for centuries helped local artists to connect with their work and portrait the invisible with visible.
