TUI - Sustainability Engagement Strategy and Comms

Given defined a new purpose vision around the intimate relationship between enjoyment of holidays and the need to strengthen communities and the environment: Overall strategy, branding, internal launch campaign, and external engagement, CSR report. Given also created a brand integration strategy and toolkit outlining when and how to engage customers around sustainability across the entire TUI customer journey.

The ‘Better Holidays, Better World’ campaign ran across all TUI UK owned marketing channels reaching 4.5m holiday makers a year, and created a framework for ongoing communications, which is now used in TUI’s other main European markets. The programme won the gold award in the Best for Communicating Responsible Tourism category at the World Responsible Tourism Awards in 2018.
