TURKISHLDN

TURKISHLDN is a Youtube channel run by ‘Turkish’, known famously for being one of the faces of one of the biggest sports fan channels in the world, AFTV (Arsenal Fan TV). His videos for his personal channel have amassed over 18 million views and he currently has over 83k subscribers. Our working relationship was formed online at a time where I was growing as a motion designer and felt that I wanted to express myself more in this area outside of my full-time offerings. Over some years I have created a number of intro videos for Turkish, but I just want to focus and highlight two of these. The challenge for both videos was to move an ‘influencer’ figure in the Youtube space and present them in a way where they move closer to the heavy hitters in the media space, and a great way of bridging that gap is by way of an intro video and some branding.
