Uber Eats - Leadership Development

I collaborated with Uber Eats on a Stakeholder Management program, designed to support cross-functional relationship building and conflict resolution within the global business. To reinforce their ethos of making everyday life a little easier to navigate, all touchpoints were designed to be completed quickly, with high information retention across emails, printed booklets and interactive digital journeys. I utilised Uber Eats’ signature palette and human-focused photography to display warmth and trust, alongside playful illustrations of foods to highlight the vibrancy of the business, and evoke excitement in the program.
