UI Design: Gymkit, Start Your Project

My Role • Lead / Sole Designer, Prototyping and Web Design. Brief Gymkit are a global supplier of fitness equipment to many Olympians and recognised fitness leaders. They also design and install gyms and changing rooms. Gymkit needed a new project form that would build excitement around the service to come and guide the user through the quote process. Project Scope, Solution and Design Rationale I worked directly with this client to create the UI design. From the start it was clear this needed to be more than just a standard form. This part of the journey need to inspire and build confidence. By incorporating bold type and photography through out the UI design the page evokes interest and sets the tone of what is to come. Results • Clear heirachy of steps for the user to complete. • Visually compelling design. • Simplified design drives customers to call to actions to grow the conversation rate. • The modular approach made this design easy to translate across all devices.
