UNCENSORED

UNCENSORED is a magazine produced by Helena Boateng and Asli Hassan. UNCENSORED is made by Black artists for Black Artists, aiming to spotlight and uplift underrepresented stories. UNCENSORED was founded in March 2022 in response to our Year 12 Final Major Project. As the Production Editor I organised interviews and transcribed responses; publicised shoot times via call sheets; researched social-cultural context on the correlation between race and mental health; produced primary research on colour psychology, practiced environmental sustainability, and happily worked alongside Asli to design our magazine!
