The project is created for World Illustration Award by Association of illustrators 2018.
The idea was to develop a narrative visual language with a motivational element.The series unconventional is about showcasing normal people engaged in unexpected activities. People belonging to a particular section of society are stereotyped for pre-assumed lifestyles, which act as barrier against their mental and physical progress. Visual is based on a strong depiction of challenge and success.
It is always a bit challenging to work on such sensitive topics and the possibility of unwittingly offending anybody is always present. Therefore, I’ve tried my best to carefully curate my idea with sensible design elements. Through this project I have tried to create an interaction based design in order to promote a Contemporary message.
