UNDERSTAND THE PSYCHOLOGY - Asylums

MUSIC VIDEO. 'Understand the Psychology' is the third single from Asylums' fourth album, 'Signs Of Life'. The band came to me for a lyric video that incorporated footage of their Glastonbury 2022 set and some behind the scenes footage they'd shot themselves while recording the album. I tied these together and bookended the video with a daring foray into animation! This features a nod to Terry Gilliam's Monty Python animations with the robot character at the start and end of the video (created in Photoshop and animated in Final Cut Pro X). Released August 2022.
