UNHCR Digital Newsletter

The United Nations refugee agency wanted a new look and a overhaul to their current digital newsletter. This newsletter needed to be adaptive so it can utilised and be viewed on mobile as well as desktop. The client’s requirements was that it needed to be modern enough to fit with the current trends, while still being informative and interesting enough to capture the reader.
By researching into the agency I noticed that they took a lot of powerful and emotionally invoking imagery. I utilise this by creating a layout that was structured to bring out those images to the forefront, this allowed the opportunity to attract the readers attention but to also invoke an emotional response and a connection to the content.
