Whilst painting I was constantly engaged with the thought of the relationship between the application of the media and how this correlates through body language. I found myself exploring the existence of pressure and movement.

This series became a basis to why i began to work with tiles. It gave a inspiration for me into the varying of direction and shapes which can be achieved.
