UX Camp
UX Camp is an educational program that was created, organized and managed by Senior and Lead UX designers for the Juniors and design interns within a company. The program was designed to teach to understand the design process and all possible UX activities, and to experience this knowledge on live projects.
As everybody's native language is Russian, but the program itself was developed in English (as it is an official company's language), it was important to save original vibes because local jokes and humor are very specific. So I decided to go with both English and transliteration. This way UX Camp can be shared with other company's offices, but is still customized for a local community.
