V&A x Alexandre McQueen: Savage Beauty

As part of a push to update V&A's digital presence, this project aims to present the museum's exhibitions in an engaging way.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

On a pitch to improve V&A’s digital marketing and revamp its online presence, the project team found a gap in the digital communication of temporary exhibitions. The goal was then to present these exhibitions engagingly, and allow the user to dive into its world before visiting.

UI DESIGN PROCESS

I chose to use a horizontal layout divided into three parts: a menu for quick access to information; a central area for a secondary menu or long-form content; and a larger area for imagery.

This way, it guaranteed that regardless of content, the microsite would always deliver on the desired outcomes and let each exhibition shine.
