My role as Festival Outreach Assistant at VAULT Festival, consisted of assisting the Associate Producer, focusing on the Education and Outreach arm of the Festival. We provided workshops for School and University age, and produced specialised 'Mini VAULT - a series of family friendly weekend activities ?and events, including circus, theatre, comedy, music and free activities. I created and maintained a large database of local school and university official contacts,. sent out mailers and was the first point of contact for all workshop and school group bookings. I also collaborated to help organise a series of Panel discussions.
