This group of six independent apartments are included a basement level and a private front and rear garden. Located in Arzachena, north of Sardinia (Italy), these private houses have been developed between the original Costa Smeralda and Porto Rafael. From conception to completion we have been dynamically involved in all stages; from the land acquisition, successive design & planning permissions, development and final marketing, we managed costs, budget and construction stages to ensure successful delivery of the project. We worked in partnership with the developer to ensure timelines, finances and expectations were respected and maintained constant throughout all phases.
