Meet Ed the Sofa Bear and Ally the Night Owl. They are part of Virgin Media's new campaign that champions the vast number of box sets and movies available to Virgin Media customers.

Having unearthed insights about the way Virgin Media customers consume content, BBH anthropomorphised these characteristics, encouraging people to identify with a behaviour.

We also created a whole set of characters online for customers to discover what type of viewer they are.
