In my final year of University, one of the modules was digital marketing and for an assignment we was put in groups. The task was to create a marketing communications plan to help the Virgin Money given charity double their market share of the online giving in the UK within a budget spread across 3 years. This included coming up with a Direct and Digital campaign strategy, a data strategy and a creative proposal. My group was able to achieve an A* within the module and top of the year and was also put through to the ‘Virgin Money Giving’ competition.
