Virtual Concert for Stelios Pissis Music Foundation

In previous years, ‘The Xmas Music Love Tour’, was an effort by Stelios Pissis Music Foundation to bring together musicians and singers from all over Cyprus during the Christmas holiday season on a day-long tour in care homes, hospitals & institutions - And through playing live music and singing, share the joy that music brings with people who need it the most. In 2020, the ‘Xmas Music Love Tour’ had to be re-imagined Virtually. The outcome was a live-streamed Facebook event, with 5 institutions and 30 musicians connected live through Zoom, amassing over 1K live viewers and 45,000 views (throughout and after the lives-stream ended). My duties: Co-ordination of technical specification requirements for adaptation to live- streaming in 2020 due to Covid-19. Close collaboration and co-ordination of weekly meetings with Foundation committee (5 people). Scouting new music talent to participate in live event (30 musicians average) and communicating regular updates regarding schedule. Supervision of musical material to be performed as well as running order.
