Visual Vibrations
This project focuses on the theme Visual Vibrations, which is based on the exploration of auras, vibrations and frequencies in relation to spiritual practices, for S/S 24. The primary focus for the project is influenced by crystal shapes, smoke experiments and reflections of light to visually represent an electromagnetic field of energy. The collection of high-end fashion and body adornments is aimed towards individuals in their mid to late twenties and upwards, as well as people who are by colour, texture and their higher wellbeing. It will combine traditional embroidery and hand-made and innovative embellishments using laser cutter techniques, as well as screen and digital printing processes to accentuate initial research.
