Waitrose & Partners - Putting An Active Purpose At The Heart of The Brand

Create a communications platform that brought to life Waitrose’s ambitious new sustainability strategy, demonstrating real leadership and bringing together their work across plastics, packaging and food waste. Our communications needed to set the business apart from the competition, ensuring that ethics continue to drive competitive advantage.

We brought together a cross functional team from Waitrose in a full day co-creation workshop to share, build and develop the work into three potential platforms, which were tested with four Waitrose consumer groups. We created the final platform and executional guidelines for in-house studio to implement.

- A nationwide rollout of messaging and proof points to enable staff to communicate the Waitrose difference
