When it comes to work, why do we do what we do? How do we figure out what we like? Can we ever turn our hobby into a career? These are the questions I ask myself constantly, ever since the termination of the Yantai project I was involved in a couple of years ago. During this period, I tried out various positions, had career coaching sessions, and carried out numerous networking meetings. I find it really interesting and inspiring to talk to others and listen to their whys. That is why I started this project, where I interview the people that I know to talk about their work, motivation, experience, struggles, lessons and more.
