War Horse - Book Cover Design

Few years ago, I was learning how to create a mock-up for any books that I would know, and I decided to create a creative book cover for the famous book ”War Horse” How did i make it? 1.Moodboards; Mood boards are one of the most important parts of the creative design you’re trying to create, first of all I had to choose which colours would fit with the book like (RGB / CMYK) and to synchronise parts of the book with the cover. 2.Typography; In typography there are many responsibilities to take care of, from the spacing to font size and paragraph placing. Each section has to be in detailed chosen so can make the reader capable of understanding the book. 3.Illustrations; The reader has to connect with the colours and the creations you make so there are two type of readers the ones who read and they imagine the reading and the ones who read and look at the images exposed into the book .
