John Lewis & Partners is embracing social media, beginning with in-store teams of content creators for a trial period. I was selected to participate based on the strength of both my personal Instagram (abookofclaire) and my work as a visual merchandiser across the shop. Last week I was awarded the Top Newcomer accolade. We have 6 weeks to increase engagement, focussing on what our White City shop has to offer, as well as providing insights into daily life at the shop. This gives me the opportunity to increase awareness of the art of visual merchandising.
