Weekend Warriors

A modern day, character based comedy that brings together a disparate group from varying backgrounds and orientations at a re-enactment of the English civil war held over a long weekend. Our six main characters don’t want to be there but through a series of unfortunate events are stuck in make believe 1650’s. Coming together our malcontents form a gang and through their shared pain they turn their fortunes around and by the end of the series are actually having a great time. Battles will be fought both real and simulated, friendships will be made, lessons learned, selves found and adversities turned to triumphs. Each of our characters going on a journey of enlightenment both personal and collective.
