For the launch of a new multi-million-dinar residential development, Premier required an impressive investment portfolio and PR collateral that would set the project off with a bang.
Over a six month period I wrote and designed an English language PR strategy that would appeal to international investors, secured advertorials in some of the country’s leading lifestyle publications and created content for web, print and social media that helped Premier find the voice of its brand. The resulting collateral lead to 65% advance sales on the property in the second quarter of its development. The project completed in late 2015 with 100 % advance sales rate; a figure unprecedented in the company’s 35 year history.
