Welsh Open Freestyle Promo

Client: Cardiff International White Water Centre Project: Welsh Open Freestyle Promotional Video This is a promo I created on behalf of CIWW (Cardiff International White Water Centre) to promote their Welsh Open Freestyle and Boatercross event on 30 May 2017. This project required me to undertake a White Water Safety course, so that I can operate a camera in the water safely for both myself and the athletes using the white water circuit around me. In total this was a three camera shoot. As Director of Photography, I briefed each operator as to the shots I desired. As director/producer I was also responsible for safety of the crew especially as everyone would be working close to the water edge, therefore I completed a full risk assessment and also gave the whole crew a safety briefing and ensured that full health and safety guidelines were followed.
