Wend & Bulero

The Wend & Bulero Split is a personal project between two close friends and artists whose only intention at the album's gestation was to inspire one another. The result is at once disparate but eventually linked. Both sides of the tape utilise a modest set of tools, in an effort to isolate the listener in their world. By keeping each other in mind throughout, both artists inevitably time-stamp their years-long friendship amid the shared space. The imagery for the tape was a photo taken in Kyoto, where the artist Wend took most of his field recordings.
