What is Luxury?
How can Luxury exist if it is everywhere?

This collection explores conceptions of luxury through text, colour, imagery and collage. Each element within the collection is inspired by luxury brands; the Hèrmes iconic orange, Gucci’s clashing red and green and Louis Vuitton’s chocolate brown and mustard yellow. Alongside every product sold to consumers by these famous fashion houses is a promise of a luxury lifestyle. The product, whatever it may be, becomes a badge of superiority, class and taste. The logo a person wears defines how they see themselves and defines how they want to be seen by others.


All brand names, logos and recognisable fonts within the collection are not to imitate or offend but to add depth to the concept and further portray the intended message.
