When we made the Ocean River

In 2017 I moved to Porto and let the work become the result of this displacement. ‘When we made the ocean river’ reflects an introspective state and the effort to keep close people and feelings from Brazil. During the project I also started drawing migrant animals, as a way of remember that frontiers are an abstraction created by humans, mentioning the utopia of living without them.
