Who Am I is a short film performed by Tatenda Michael Manyarara detailing his views on the oppression and prejudice African/Caribbean people face in the West and European countries. He tackles issues regarding his own subjugation, heritage and culture, as well as being stereotyped as animalistic thugs. Who Am I addresses the use term 'black people' or 'black race' and questions the relevance of such terms. Tatenda articulates his thoughts with a powerful poem as his experiences are represented and dramatized as he is hit with white paint as he stands half naked in darkness.
