Being a core member of the Fanatic photography family one of my favourite projects from last year was Wilderness Festival. The festival asked Fanatic for something a little different with their photography at their 2018 event, to capture the highlights of the event but also to build the foundations of a marketing campaign for the year ahead… all completely on film.
Working across 70 hours of programming, in 19 venues spread across the 3,000 acres of the Cornbury Park site, the festival handed over complete creative control to the Fanatic team – an open brief with a simple ambition, to “be as arresting and surprising in our photography as the show itself”
The analogue results has transformed how Wilderness are marketing for their 2019 event, and our work was also shortlisted in the Creative Review Photography Annual of 2018, for "best in marketing".
