Organising two consecutive weeks of daily events for 400 students in there first year of university. These days included organising and hiring third party catering, third party companies to organise, inflatables, laser quests and liaising with clubs and companies for sponsorships to allow more activities and money over the year for the students; names such as Pizza Hut and KPMG were successful sponsors. These two weeks involved daily activities, social events, charity events and nights out this made us in charge or organising, budgeting and planning the two weeks effectively.
