Founder of Women at Wavemaker, (an entity set up to propel females to leadership positions) through: Inspiration, education, and mentoring. Major events this year included the provocative women postcard series, highlighting untold provocative women's stories, seven speaker all agency panel event online, virtual exhibition featuring the Sony Best Photographer of the Year, Alys Tomlinson, and film series of 'Lessons from the Leaders' a miniseries of stories from female leaders across the agency
