WOMEN IN MIND
WOMEN IN MIND, a series of portraits that I have solely shot, styled and performed. From sourcing the wigs to caking layers of foundation, over lining my lips and fixing my camera to the tripod; I have produced a variety of women from all walks of life, from my mind. I have reimagined what they look like and how they express themselves by creating a mash up of people that I know, have known, seen on the street or have watched on TV. I created these women so that anyone can relate to them, no matter what their background might be. Some may come across as ordinary, others may be a little crazy, it’s up to the viewer how they perceive the woman’s situation.
