Freelance creative team deliver home truths to business leaders. Our job was to help make leaders at Sage see personal development as a must - both for themselves as well as their teams. We decided the best way to achieve it was to deliver home truths to leaders and used some unexpected twists along the way. By twists, we mean risks on our part as we'd no idea how these leaders would react to such a radical approach. An initial internal launch proved so popular amongst colleagues, that head boffins at Sage released it publicly to demonstrate a forward-thinking approach towards personal development. We did our job by helping to alter perceptions amongst the organisation's 14,000 staff.
