Shot in the center of Mumbai, I was lucky enough to be introduced to Akash and Viki. On a previous trip to India (Jaipur) I had watched the film 'Dangal' at the cinema. I was struck by the depths of colour featured in the opening sequence of the film which was shot in a Kushti Ankara and was determined to come back to shoot the sport at a later date. Late 2019 I got my shot after a friend of mine, Adarsh, a Bombayite introduced me to two young wrestlers who allowed me to make this short film about there practice.
