Y Goeden Ioga

Images from the Welsh children's book, ‘Y Goeden Ioga’ (translates to ‘The Yoga Tree’) published by Gomer in summer of 2019. A story and picture book which introduces simple yoga positions to children and adults. This book takes us to the world of nature and the life cycle of the seed as it sprouts and grows into a big strong tree and grows leaves, but quickly the Autumn comes and the wind blows the seeds away and begins the circle anew.
