I’m Aadi Chabukswar, a passionate and dedicated MA Film graduate from the University of the Arts London, currently on the hunt for a breakthrough opportunity in film production. I'm actively seeking roles as an Assistant Producer or Production Assistant and would greatly appreciate any leads or connections you might have.
Despite my relentless efforts, including over 500 job applications, I've yet to secure my first paid position in the industry. At 26, I feel the urgency to make significant strides in my career, and I believe that with the right opportunity, I can truly showcase my skills and dedication to film production.
Here’s a bit about my background and experience:
Junior Producer at Wiser: Worked with high-profile clients such as McCain, Pernod Ricard, and Soho House. My responsibilities included creative research, casting, scheduling, and call sheet preparation, resulting in increased production efficiency and significant cost savings.
Producer for Short Film "Farewell": Managed pre-production intricacies, secured challenging location permits, and led successful fundraising campaigns. I ensured smooth equipment logistics and implemented comprehensive safety protocols on set.
MA in Film from UAL: Specialized in Production Design, where I developed a solid foundation in various aspects of film production and turned to Producing.
My journey in film has been fueled by a deep passion for storytelling and a strong work ethic. I am confident in my ability to bring value to any production team, leveraging my skills in multitasking, coordinating schedules, and supporting production workflows. I am currently based in London and available to start new opportunities post-19th June, as I am currently engaged in part-time work.
