Anyone happy to share their pearls of wisdom, or answer questions from a 1st time TV Buyer?
I'm stepping up to Buyer, and having not shadowed anyone before I'd love to know the tricks/tips/hacks you wish someone had told you earlier. Especially things to bear in mind when dealing with period and non-scripted.
Going from leading small teams to working under someone in a specifically focused sub-department is exactly what I want to be doing, but it's a big shift so it's important to me to be doing it right and doing the best job I can.
