Anyone know why my Instagram posts haven't received as many likes recently? Or know of some good alternatives to post content?
I've noticed I havent had much engagement on my instagram posts recently and wondered if anyone else has had similar experiences. I've found to get very few likes through hashtags.
I'm also interested to find some alternative sites to post illustration content!

- its all about experimentation, what you followers relate to. there’s also other factors like what time you post, what hashtags you use, what comment you write maybe. Do you use your story to promote your posts? Hopefully these tips help! you can follow me @alissacolville for inspiration
- I can't really answer the question regarding the Instagram algorithm as I, myself, don't have that many followers.As for the sites, I know / use pinterest, behance, twitter, artstation, reddit, facebook, deviantart. I use discord as well, joined servers that are specifically for illustration/art content.Hope this helps :)

- Hi Joseph,Apparently the algorithm changed yet again! I’ve been having the same issue.Given they just put out their reels function, rumors have it that if you use it a lot the IG algorithm will reward you by making your profile more visible.I personally haven’t tried to use reels, but given the huge increase in ads shown in feeds and among stories, I don’t think paying to promote posts cuts it anymore. At least, it hasn’t for me.I’d love to find an alternative app honestly!
