Anyone knows how to get feedback from clients on webdesign service?
I recently finished a website and I would like to get feedback from my client about the whole process and find about his experience on each step. (something different from the website user experience) I intend to use his testimonial to present the website on my portfolio and build a casestudy to inlcude in my own website. Do you usually do that with your clients? How would you do that? (what questions, what tools, what key points,...)
