- For me it's been watching videos on Youtube, writing scripts and learning about the formatting of scripts as I go. I think getting feedback from others is super helpful. There's a Masterclass course on screenwriting by Aaron Sorkin if you're interested in that it's pricey though about £70 if I remember.There's quite a lot of books on screenwriting too if you prefer learning that way. Ultimately I think feedback for me really has been the best way to learn. There's a sight called Stage32 which is like Linkedin for people in the film industry. That's a good place to get advice/feedback, also if you're looking for free screenwriting software I recommend Trelby. I rambled a bit but I hope this helped somehow.
