Best online spaces to network with music industry professionals?
Looking to adapt my current skill-set to position myself advantageously into the music industry, would love to talk with some people from the industry about how I can potentially do it. Any recommendations would be more than welcome!

- Hi Mariana,most of the commonly used networking platforms like LinkedIN are also used by the music industry. If you're after marketing positions then LinkdedIN is definitely a good place where to start. Do some research on the companies that work in the industry, it's not that difficult to find them through a search on Google and then reach out to them through LinkedIN. Also finding record labels is not that hard.There are communities for women working in music industry such as shesaid.so, Women in Ctrl, She is the Music etc where you can also connect with other industry professionals and all of them organise events/sessions right now online. There's also Women in Live Music but that's more specific for live event production specific people.Also attending different conferences related to music industry can help to connect but those are maybe not the best places for someone just about to start out.Hopefully that helped at least a bit! :)
