Blazon Handmade Cosmetics is fairly new in the online space. Critique ahead! Eco-friendly and all :D

Hi everyone. I co-started my own eco-friendly and plastic-free cosmetics brand about 7 months ago, in Cape Town. I have branded and designed all of it myself, and am trying my best to create good content. I would love critique and feedback!

What am I missing?
What do you like to see from brands?
How can I maximise our growth, to make a real difference to our planet?

I would appreciate any thoughts or ideas as well! Or even shares if you like what you see.

  • @Dila Toplusoy Dila thank you so much! I will try my best to stay consistent. I am glad it comes across as authentic as that is definitely what we are :)
  • Hey Kaylyn,

I've checked out your page and found it super engaging, creative and inspiring! Your dedication, enthusiasm and sincerity comes through in every post and that's personally what I look for most in a brand. So congrats, keep sharing your vision and shining! Wishing you the best of luck ✨
  • @Tlholo Lichaba Oh my goodness. Tlholo, thank you so so much for your thorough feedback! And YES, Studio Candor is the absolute best. They have gone out of their way to help us and to promote our plastic-free dream.

I really love your feedback and will be writing it all down to make sure I apply it! Getting my face on the page has been something I have wanted to do, as I have seen small businesses explode because of it, but it is also a terrifying thought. This is something I am working on and planning on doing.

Personally, I am looking at finding a part-time content creation job to learn some extra skills to apply to Blazon. Hopefully this will step up our game a ton!
