Can anyone advise how much a design studio should charge an architect for licence to a high-res single image?

- There are lots of factors to take into consideration here. These include the intended use (eg media and format it will be published in), location/geography, and duration. For example, a piece of intererior decoration in a small hotel is going to be a much lower licensing fee to a global billboard campaign. The Assocaition of Illustrators have lots of guidance on this sort of thing, including their excellent book, 'The Illustrator's Guide to Law and Business Practice'.
