Can anyone recommend a career coach/adviser in how to get into the world of broadcast media?

Hi, I am a digital content professional working in the industry for more than 15 years, however I am seeking advice in terms of how to gain entry into working at companies like the BBCs/Sky's and other media organisations like The Guardian etc... can anyone recommend a career coach/adviser?
