Can you help dogs in Kill Shelters?

Question

I'm working with several charities in Eastern Europe to help spread the word about the extended DEFRA ban on importing commercial animals from Eastern Europe. This ban is stopping charities from sending animals to their forever homes, even though they are willing to comply with testing (and all animals are vet checked and vaccinated before transport. I and others have been trying tirelessly to gain media attention to the problem.

Charities over there are struggling at maximum capacity, unable to transport animals, and have no means to take on more animals, leaving them to suffer in the streets and die in kill shelters.

If anyone in this community has any means of helping - whether because you have a large social media following or links to media outlets - all the charities would be immensely grateful.
