Question

I am casting for a YouTube series, and we are looking to uncover and celebrate Modern Foodies/Chefs with Italian Heritage (of all forms).

Must be doing unique things, have an exciting, incredible or inspiring story, and be (ideally) based in the UK.

All types of exciting Modern Italian food-related stories are welcome.

Are you a chef that fuses Italian dishes with Japanese flavours?

Are you a big "foodie" who has an incredible way of cooking that the world needs to hear about?
